Requirements
You must have experience selling B2B or B2C at the decision-maker level across different types and sizes of business, professional services, institutional organizations and individuals. You operate effectively across varied management levels and personalities in a demanding, competitive sales landscape.
You are a goal-oriented, self-driven hunter who thrives on challenge, pressure, and the thrill of the close. You are most comfortable in boots and Carhart, love the fresh outdoors, and feel a sense of responsibility for the environment. While you are confident prospecting by phone, and tracking down job leads utilizing online construction platforms, you love hunting for sales on the road meeting people face to face having real conversations. Your expertise and your experience have taught you that success is earned, not given.
You excel in performance-based environments where effort equals reward, and your career trajectory is firmly in your control.
