With a strong reputation for creating vibrant residential environments for over-50s, they are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join their high-performing team in Northern NSW.
Your New RoleReporting to the General Manager - Sales, you will lead the on-site sales team, drive sales performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the purchasing journey. You will oversee the full sales life cycle, from enquiry through to settlement and handover, while providing leadership, coaching and strategic direction to achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the sales team
• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets
• Manage the end-to-end sales process
• Build strong relationships with prospective purchasers and stakeholders
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts and market trends
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events and lead generation initiatives
• Maintain CRM accuracy and sales reporting
• Support contract negotiations and compliance requirements

What you need to succeedProven experience in a Sales Manager or senior sales leadership role

• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Previous experience within property, retirement living, residential development or other premium sales environments is highly regarded
• Exceptional leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• Strong commercial acumen and customer focus
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Professional presentation and ability to represent a premium brand
• Flexibility to attend weekend appointments and events when required
